This article aims to establish the typology of environmental crime in Moscou, Namaralogo and Allakro; to show the factors that generate it and its consequences. This study was based on the comprehensive approach and was helped by documentary study, direct observation and survey as well as qualitative analysis as methods and techniques for collecting and analyzing data. The results of the study show that environmental crime in precarious neighborhoods is due to overcrowding, the precariousness of urbanization as well as antisocial behaviors developed in these neighborhoods. Faced with environmental crime in these neighborhoods, the solutions have highlighted the empowerment of women in these neighborhoods and the creation of the Internal Sanitation Brigade as a local brigade.
